Castle of Bones

The Castle of Bones is a small inn in the corner of the Town Square in the gate city of Hopeless. It is run by Roric Witherspoon, a former sensate turned wight. The inn is staffed by a mix of skeletons and humans, and the food is bland and barely palatable.

When Thingol ruled the city, the Castle was home to a sensate speakeasy, a place where the oppressed denizens of Hopeless could indulge in the excesses of life. Once Thingol was deposed, the speakeasy was broken down and brought to the surface; its contents to be used in careful indulgence, lest they tip the city too far away from the Grey Wastes.
