Fortune’s Wheel

Location: Lady’s Ward
Function: Gambling Hall
Primary PC: Angelus B Damned
Primary NPC: Shemeshka
Notes: Fortune’s Wheel is the place for the medium-to-high class in Sigil to waste their money in games of chance. It is owned and carefully managed by the Arcanloth, Shemeshka, who will occasionally pick a random luck patron for a spin at the eponymous Fortune’s Wheel, a massive three-ringed slot machine in a private back room. Rumor has it that one of the prizes is a godly boon of luck, sure to make the winner’s next trip to the tables a positive one.
