Small and Coats Industries

Small and Coats are business partners. Coats is a high-elf wizard, Small is a Gnome artificer. Together they make these prototype custom magic items and weapons and sell the ones that work to the rich Factions and other entities throughout the planes.

They have a warehouse in the Market Ward, with the back edge of it abutting the edge of the top of the ring.

The main areas in the warehouse include:

• (Upper left-hand corner) - Summoning circle if needed.
• (Center-left) - Coats’ office and library.
• (Bottom-center) - Shared laboratory/manufacturing.
• (Bottom alcoves) - Window displays of latest items.
• (Far-Right-Center) - Hallway - Decoration and more books and scrolls.
• (Center-right) - Small’s office.
• Upper-right - Storage and door off the edge of Sigil.
