Witherbeak Observatory

Witherbeak Observatory is a remote research facility located atop the Bleakheights cliffs in Bedlam, the Gate-Town to the chaotic plane of Pandemonium. Established by the eccentric gnome arcanist Professor Orbys Bumblewing, the observatory is dedicated to the study of planar meteorology and the harnessing of elemental winds for experimental magical and technological applications. The structure is known for its precarious position amidst near-constant storms and its array of unstable, weather-powered devices. Due to the volatile nature of both the local environment and Bumblewing’s inventions, the observatory is frequently affected by elemental surges and targeted by regional air-genasi factions seeking to exploit its arcane resources.

It recently lost its main flight platform due to an unfortunate event with a loxodon.
