Pythagius Sandoris Witterstein Eragon Cybasix the Third

Race: Hydroloth
Class: Thief and/or Bureaucrat
Special Skill: Knowing every fake (and real?) law of Gehenna and the Lower Planes.
Description: He and his five compatriots all wear excessively fine clothes, to the level of a local lord. His enormous frog eyes bulge out grotesquely, and seem to peer deep into your past, looking for memories to eat.
Relationship to the Party: Hostile, with equal parts grudging respect and raw hatred for Angelus.
Connections: River Styx, Angelus, Gehenna
