Tout

A tout is a cutter or a blood that is willing to drag any old berk around Sigil for a price.

The cheap touts are likely there to steal your jink and leave you in a dark alley somewhere in the Hive Ward.

The middlin’ touts are willing to ferry you to the nicer places, though they’ll gouge you if they think you’re a true addle-coved prime.

The bravest touts will take you anywhere in Sigil, even to Undersigil, but it’ll cost you dearly, and they won’t hesitate to leave you behind if they think you’re being a sodding idiot.
